Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Sevella was always surrounded by tasty southern comfort food. Her passion for cooking truly began in 2009 when she adopted a vegetarian lifestyle and became fascinated with the entire way of life.
Today, Sevella is a professional vegan personal chef, enthusiastic about health, nutrition, and happiness. Sevella serves healthy and delicious foods that help people lose weight, identify food sensitivities, and improve nutrition through custom meal plans and counseling.
Sevella continues to always explore new approaches in cooking and nutrition by completing advanced certification courses at T. Collin Campbell Foundation's Plant Based Nutrition Program through Cornell, ROUXBE Plant Based Professional Program, and the Culinary Institute of Charleston focused on Sports and Health Nutrition. She's a Certified Food Safety Manager.
